I've been living in Halsted Place Apartments since July and have found it to be great...Solid location between Old Town, River North and only a few minutes walk from Clybourn/North Ave shopping and Armitage/Halsted. Starbucks up the street, great breakfast place Nookies Too, Pizza Capri (great food to go) and a dry cleaner next door... What else could you ask for? The rehabbed units are done well and I think are a great value!

While I have been consistently happy with everyone over the past few years, the current team is obviously working their hardest to make Halsted Place a great place to live. Nola and Nick have been exceptionally responsive and helpful whenever I have needed anything. They are both clearly dedicated to their work, and the tenants. The neighborhood, location and units are wonderful, but it is the strong management team that makes Halsted Place feel like home.
